About This Website / Weaver

I'm a big fan of the indie web and early internet, as you can see haha. This cite was left mostly untouched for some of the time it was up, but at one point in January 2025 I became more interested in utilizing this opportunity and began to try to code (with the assistance of a lot of other websites, videos, and help from a friend, haha.)

This website used to be a bit more upbeat in tone, however I find typing in this way more tranquil and calm personally.

Something that might help you understand what kind of person I am (besides the graphics below, of course) is what pokemon I would be. This is probably evident from my index, but I find Umbreon to be the eeveelution I most relate to. As to why-- I like being in the dark when the light is overwhelming. Sometimes, I don't like having a spotlight shone on me for a lot of the day, so I retreat to a dark place and I feel better after soaking or marinating in it for a while, like a warm bath. This feeling is how I want to feel on this website: secure, comfortable, quiet, but nonetheless things are happening-- where my mind would be while sitting in the dark, is now the pages on this website. Just me geeking out and stuff.

I picked the name Circum17 because I'm a big fan of root words; "circum" means "around" but I didn't really pick it for its meaning, moreso because it sounds like "curcuit" and I dig that. 17 is something I added to give it the gamertag-esque feeling I was going for.

I haven't played hypnospace (the origin of the pizza alien at the bottom) but I think the gif is fun :)

Additonally, I have an email you can mail to for any reason. I don't plan on becoming pen-pals with anyone, but I'd be content with a nice exchange if for some reason you'd like to mail me at all :)
