THE BRAIN'O-SPHERE (IDEAS)

-----------------------------------------

this place is just me rambling about every little idea I come up with related to my ocs, AKA yapper central. Enjoy

Bro this oen song is making me think of Lynux and Some Priest Dude defending the monarchy's actions and whatnot and spreading their ideas and stuff and Lynux is just ROLLING like literally they're the funniest shit around cause they're so gullible and. they're a priest. LOL. imagine worshipping me that's the funniest thing on earth. LMAO -- i saw this meme that was like "machiavellian assholes who each know the other is using them for their respective agenda but end up catchign horrible feelings anyway" and like. I could make the priest smart. And manipulative. But I want them to be a little stupid ... they're gullible after all. But that means I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT A WAY FOR THEM TO INTERACT!!! WAHHHH!!! Maybe they finds out a bit too much from some investigating this one dude did. HOLY HELL I JUST HAD AN IDEA OKAY. SO. There's an investigator that is forced to join the Allegience later for Several Reasons (being exceptionally skilled in their line of work and too detrimental to not have. But they had published one paper on their findings. and lynux was like "shit dude burn all the copies" pretty quickly cause man were they onto something. but one dude which was the priest dude got the only copy that existed ever. and was like "oh my god what is this wait what" and something happens to them and OH MAYBE THEY'RE FORCED TO BECEOME AN OFFICIAL SPOKESPERSON FOR LYNUX wait but the royals already have that. NO WAIT WAIT WAIT NO THEY COULD BE SPREADING CONFLICTING AGENDAS FOR SEVERAL REASONS LIKE CREATING CONFLICT BETWEEN THE PEOPLE TO DISTRACT THE PUBLIC OR SOMETHING WAIT and the dude is shoved into the allegience without a word but has the exception of the "don't talk to outsiders unless it benefits me or you in a non-friendship and non-romantic way (excluding the and non-leave way because yes you need to be here.) because WAIt I just had another thought now i don't know if that should happen at all ... he could indirectly be involved like not eevry smart person or person that could out the secret needs to join the allegience ok wait ive decided that lynux keeps instructing the royals on what to do and say but once The Guy finds out he threatens them (yes this is their go-to thing it just works most times and is most effective in some situations) so with that in mind they keep their mouth shut about anything they know and lynux says "keep doing what you're doing. you never read that paper. ooooo" and i thought that he should say the opposite to keep the public split but if the newspaper published "uhh. hey i think the people that can't make friendships in public are involved in some kind of government scheme" that would be no good and would pose a direct threat to the government systems. Anways I was also thinking that lynux actually fails in this venture and the guy ends up finding a way to bypass the info to the public. Oh and The Guy keeps sending indirect messages through his speeches to Lynux and it's some kind of funny rivalry thing once again calling back to the "machiavellian assholes who each know the other is using them for their respective agenda but end up catchign horrible feelings anyway" thing. Idk about catching feelings thing but eh what do you know its not impossible if anything i think the priest dude would have a little bit of feelings because you're like "wow jesus christ is prety" and then YOU MEET JESUS CHRIST and then he's an asshole so yeah anything that the dude had never made it past that point. lol. Either way, if the priest guy had feelings (a sliver) Lynux would absolutely not repricocate. The dude probably has never liked anyone in that way, and most likely never will. im kind of thinking of making the machiavellian asshole another country's leader but idk

Oh and the investigator person is some person locus met at the cafe. locus said "hey i see ur new around here i cant talk to you dude sorry" and they were like "this is weird as hell" so they started investigating

-----------------------------------------

idea: some new kid join the allegience for whatever reason and someone puts their life on the line to protect this kid from lynux's shit. im thinking they die for this because in order for lynux to enforce that kind of obedience they need to show the danger someone would be in if they weren't loyal to everyone, that's why most members have had people be killed in front of their eyes, because lynux knows this would leave them helpless and open to coercion.

------

Speaking of that kid, I uploaded a picture to Luns gallery earlier and I'm thinking, "well, if Luns is busy calming locus down, and lynux is just laying on the ground waiting to die, then lynux can pull The Move of somehow getting a weapon and, at the least, heavily injuring someone as some kind of desperation before they die. I think it would be more exciting and move away from someone just straight up shooting him which would be a little boring and would ignore his prescence entirely. Things I have to think on/figure out are 1. What weapon is it 2. Is it appropriate to the situation and would it be there 3. How does he get it 4. Who does he kill/hurt 5. Why? If he only coerces people for absolute devotion why would he need to hurt someone here? He's on the brink of death and knows he can't do anything about that, so why?

As you can see I'm my biggest critic... As I was typing that I realized that maybe he thinks that if they think he's still a threat then they'll surrender. But how would that make sense after getting this far in the story? They're actively sacrificing their own lives to rid everyone of this dude so why would they just suddenly uncommit like, "oh haha whoopsies! shucks, i guess i surrender, teehee! even after we shot you several times :P" which just does not make sense. So at this point they have no choice but to just let him

Coming back to this once I got home I thought about Lynux giving a proper speech to the people. Originally I thought this could only be possible if he'd injured everyone and they were forced to leave for medical treatment, but you have to recall the allegience's members aren't stupid so there's no way they'd just leave him there alone of course ... I was thinking of, instead of him being delirious the entire time, maybe he is a little bit but is still competent, so the allegience members say, "hey we'll let you talk, but if you lie once we'll shoot" so Luns and lynux do the PA together, since I still want to keep luns integral to the truth being announced. Oh, I had a sudden thought that maybe Lynux could still injure someone somehow, the means of which I'm unsure of however ... i have a feeling lynux would bend the rule of "dont lie" to where he can say things without it being a lie and more of a personal opinion. "what kind of loyal citizen would kill their leader? or their god, even? how do you know you can trust them in what they say? how do you even know you can trust what I say? I'll tell you why ... it's force ... Force is a godly ability, one only those delicate enough to handle can wield. Force runs this world, I force you all to work to keep the economy stable, it gives your lives meaning and helps those around you. How much better would the world be without security? Without force, a monstrous society would pursue. My people, I know what is best for you, even in my dying moments I would know because I won this world by force and created it from the ground up-- I created you. If you've any sense of sanity, you'd trust the one who created you, who knows you best. I was never dead, it was a lie, I faked it. And it was for all of you, because I knew the only way for this species to flourish was to make it so I would never die- I gave the royals power, however it was a falsety, because everything they did and said was me. Citrus was never the ruler of this kingdom, nor anyone before them. The speeches and announcements and decisions they made to you all were me. Do you see my competence? Don't mistake this for arrogance, I beg of you-- My ability of ruling this planet is underestimated ... I can prove my truthfullness more, you see. The allegience is an organization of the people I find most fitting to assist me in serving you all, they have your best interests and my best interests at h--" "don't speak for us!" they shove the barrel to his head. "one more lie and it's over. You might as well do it all you want, considering you will be dead after this anyway. You're made us kill bystanders, friends, and family ... Do you call this a god?! Do you call this criminal a deity?!" lynux smiles slightly, but they could tell he was shaken. "your disrespect is strange for a person like you, and i know you well. i wonder if they would show such behavior as the ruler of this kingdom towards their citizens. Have I ever wronged you? This kingdom is the longest standing and strongest lasting one on icta. their aggressive nature is decietful, listen to me, my citizens, for i know you well... demise is always in a deity's best interest, unless they make their prescence unknown." he gestures towards the weapons, "this will only strengthen the belief of those who look up to me. speaking of such ... I'm going to die anyways, so I might as well be genuine. The allegience's skilled writer published a paper a year ago on their findings of the government scandals they belived to be occuring. Yes, everything they wrote was true. Yes, everything the priest said was true. Now with that out of the way ... I've been listening to you all for as long as society has existed, and if it gives you all closure, I'll tell you why I did everything." lynux leans on the railing, the overcast day's wind rushing by. "I wasn't lying when I said I had your best interests in heart. Do you see how I'd never wrong you all? because I kept it hidden for the good will of everyone on icta-- this planet." they look behind to glance at the allegience members present, and turn around to stand in front of them. They noticed an almost desperate and perhaps nervous expression on him, but the tone of his voice betrayed it, being cocky, "Go ahead, I said the truth, so kill me. You were kind for not hitting any vital places, it was just enough to get me to surrender. Y--" a strike rings out in the air, several following. "Shut up ... stop trying to draw out your death with superfluous words. what kind of being with the best interest of their people kills their people for their peoples' sake? nonsense..! quit the bullshit ..." Lynux grips their chest, having an unfamiliar expression befall him. He slowly sunk to the marble beneath them, looking up at the others as though trying to keep his head above water. But the current swept him away and all but silence followed.

Idea: the kid lived with their relatives and lynux did something to them, either route a. aka obligatory murder route canon event they hand the kid a gun or b. lynux like. did something secretly i dont even know what that could be or c. lynux makes luns kill their familial relatives and either way for any of these the kid ends up lviing with the allegience. OH actually maybe the kid ends up seeing lynux or someone doing bisiness stuff or something like that and they're like "well" or maybe lynux makes luns kill their relatives since they're the assassin (to their unexpressed hatred) sooo that's all i got for now!!

Oooh idea! this music video made me think about a character ive been meaning to think more about ... locus's past is the beautiful yet hard working rural farm, luns's past is the loving but rule following church, and this person's is a bright dazzling stage, with tough competition and work ... their stage prescence reads like the north star among the countless sparkles of the night sky. to lynux, he's heard of a talented youth through an accomplice/confidant and takes the risk to visit the show himself. Many cultures come far to show their hard work upon the glorious renowned stage that resides there, helped by the easy access of the ports. Locus and Luns follow him during his visit, and they exchange words of hope that maybe he'll change if he sees the vibrance of their culture and hits him deep in the gut with the reality of his actions. But Lynux doesn't see that, that's not why they're there. He's there to see the performer, and think how they could make them useful. He'd successfully taken Luns and made them an excellent assassin, so there's nothing he couldn't do here. Lynux is dumbfounded by the brilliant performance, especially touching because of its retelling of the visit of god. This indescribable emotion brought on by the stage, their performance, everything is so dazzling it blinds them in conceit and a touch of feeling a follower's admiration of the holy, and he cannot take his eyes off of the stage for even a moment. an enigmatic glorious sanctity of emotion shows in his eyes so much that locus and luns are taken aback when looking at him. They feel a sense of dread shadowing any hope.

The performer is later requested to perform for the royals in the palace, promising sanctity and safety. They accept the offer and are drafted into the allegience (with exceptions to the rules on public performances.) Upon the prescence of god before them, watching eagerly, they're thunderstruck and try to perform with more excellence than any in their lifetime, and he is satisfied of course.

Dude I heard angels are genderless (I think it depends on which book you read but im not sure) which makes this so much more fun to me because dude. ictfys are genderless !!! and!!! the angels!! and religious elements!! and,,,,,and,,, its just so fun to me YFIDSKFKDLSFKDS

Also. Lynux hired a guy in secret to watch Locus and Luns to see if they try anything outside and they have realtively no clue this dude exists besides their idea that he's not stupid enough to leave them unsupervised

people have to wait for lynux's orders to let people out of the castle, indicated by a unique signature and markings on the letter (indentations) they obviously don't know it's Lynux and think its God's Closest but of course Lynux forgets one time and ends up forgetting to make an indentation (probably from overworking) and they're like "why can't I leave you literally told me to leave" and he's like "huh" and then they're like "oh" and have to make ANOTHER letter and then they can go. v

Don't tell anyone I hid this here from embarrasment but I did and you can read it if you want :thumbs up emoji: its basically a pretty pivotal conversation in Locus's whole life but im not sure if I'm completely satisfied with it anyways yup

I've been thikning about the performer kid from earlier and im thikning they're not marked by a physical show of allegience (the insignia on locus and luns) since they're meant to do public stuff. My thoughts with them are that lynux sees their role in the allegience as relatively interchangable at all times, so if something were to happen to them he'd just replace them. They're basically spies and scouts, and of course this would make world leaders or important people keep their eyes on those people which would make things they're meant for as a job be more worhtless over time. Next, I'm thinkng lynux shows this to the others or they dont. Of course, saying "ah you can go home now since you're done" would make the allegience think "ah is this really a trustworthy moment? I'm confused? Why would he do this? This messes things up? What?" and might make them more inclined to cognitive dissonance. But here he actually sends someone out to kill them once they leave for the witnessing of classified information they cannot be trusted with. Another situation would be that he kills them in cold blood in front of the others to emphasize something. and show he's not cowardice and could really take physical action if he needed. And I find, if he ends up in a high place of power in the future , this act could make the others more fearful of his lack of fear. It also makes me think of his emotions and thought process. He obviously thinks everything he does is for some reason that's worth it, and he only feels remorse because of the mortality he was forced to be. I find he finds this redundant and excess since he's used to having motivations and goals and skills but not the emotional boundaries along with being human. Oh, and I've been thinking about developing locus and luns more. I just need to figure out the details, haha. And since the star jewellry they wear is basically a walking urn (I don't think I said this anywhere on the site yet, but yes, they're filled with the ashes of someone dead. Right now, the word "death/dead/die" is basically just "star locket." Locus took the pendant from their parental figure after they died, so it's either that they recieved their ashes and replaced the ones inside (most likely from their parents' parents) and took the previous ashes somewhere else. Luns' ashes are probably from some sort of family member they weren't emotionally attatched to; their parents probably just needed somewhere to keep it and decided luns should carry them since they had no jewelry yet. Lynux on the other hand is interesting, because I can't decide if he has noone or someone in that locket. If it's noone, it only makes it more apparent he's trying to tell the others "ah, i had a person that died as well, so ive experienced grief, you can trust me with your emotions!!!" but if he genuinely has someone in there, then i can say that he experienced genuine grief for a split second in the past, despite not understanding it or realizing he experienced that at all until someone points it out. It was probably a friend, if so.
