Locus's childhood wasn't perfect, but they found joyful moments in the outdoors as a kid. So when they were restricted freedom, it hurt a lot more.

The cover image for Locus's character profile. The Major Arcana for Locus is reversed. The major arcana is their true feelings/actions and the flowers are the expectations placed upon them. If someone holds the flower low but shows their hands, they don't embrace the expectations put on them, but still feel they have a need to uphold it.

First drawing ever. You can see this design reflected in the second drawing I did if you look at their eyes. They're like lynux's, and this is beceause I thought it would be strange if only he had those kinds of eyes, so I gave the next Locus design those eyes, but it's hidden under their hair thing.
This was the second drawing of them I did and it was the most long-standing awful design any oc of mine has had ... I think the reason I liked it was because of how it turned out, not the actual design. They do look quite adorable here ... XD -- the reason I even considered redesigning them was because of that thing coming out of their eye. I was struggling to draw an art piece, so I thought I should probably redesign them.
This was a little drawing to show off their core aspects at the time :)

This is the drawing where I was regretting their design ... I drew a different one on the right and I realized I liked it a lot more than the original one ... xD
It's kind of embarrasing to put this reference up because it's a little awful ... a god awful design once again XD what really did it for me was the pants. I was like "what the hell is going on down there ew" LOL so that led me to make the newest ref sheet at the top of their page :D

This happens occasionally (except without the slang) I imagine Locus was really passionate about finances at one point but over time being his assistant they fell out of that joy, at least in the prescence of Lynux. I think they'd still enjoy it if they were teaching someone math or finances.
This is where I was starting to develop their redesign more, yes that is a photo I couldn't honestly color camoflauge but I just wanted to see how it looked ;w; This is a casual outfit they wear occassionally -- this is probably the most recent old design! and the drawing on the right gives me nightmares
